Shipping

For Houseoon products, we ship to the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii), Canada.

If you reside in a different country, please email our Customer Care team at service@houseoon.com with your name, country, and email to be added to our mailing list. We will reach out once we begin shipping to your country.

If your order qualifies for express shipping, you will see the cost listed at checkout. It varies based on your order.

When you choose express shipping, we prioritize your order to the top of our production queue. For US Express Shipping after your rug has been made, we then ship it within 1-2 business days via FedEx 2 day shipping service, which typically takes between 1 and 2 days to arrive.

We primarily ship using FedEx, LaserShip & OnTrac. However, oversized items that are too large or heavy to ship ground will be shipped via Pilot Freight. An "oversized" item is any area rug that is 9' x 12' or larger.

AtHouseoon, ground shipping is complimentary to customers shipping within the contiguous United States and Canada.

If you are looking to get your product faster, we now offer expedited shipping options to customers shipping within the contiguous United States for an additional fee! Please review your cart for pricing on one-day and two-day expedited shipping options.
