At Houseoon rugs, you decide on the design, pile height, colours and structure of the custom design rug. To get a bespoke rug as per your desire, you can contact our customer service team. Provide your specifications, including size, colours, and materials. Our team will guide you through the process.
Q: How long does it take to make a bespoke rug?
The lead time for custom rugs typically ranges from 6 to 12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design, availability of materials, and weaving time. We will provide a more precise timeline when you place your order.

Q: What is your return policy for custom rugs?
Custom rugs are made to your specifications and, therefore, are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error. Please review all details carefully before finalising your order.
Q: Is it possible to make a sample?
Certainly. We produce 60×60 cm samples on request, which is the ideal size for viewing the details, touch the material and choose the most suitable type of construction. This service is subject to a fee.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity for production?
We can easily produce single pieces for hand tufted , there is a minimum order of 15 sqm per design/color variant.
